1. General Provisions

rajabajji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") operates an online casino and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between rajabajji and its users.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in account closure.
• rajabajji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses may have a specific time limit; if they expire, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.

5.3 VIP Program

rajabajji operates a special rewards program with three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

6. Gaming Rules

All users must follow the rules below when playing on rajabajji:

• All games are operated fairly through software and results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or glitches may be voided.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Evidence of managing multiple accounts.
• Any instance of prohibited conduct.

10.2 Account Closure by User

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team via 24/7 live chat. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed, however no refund will be given for any active bonuses.
